2 Thessalonians 2 v.13-17

God has from the beginning chosen you
To salvation, shall sanctify you true
Set you apart from evil and misdeeds
By His Spirit, as day by day He leads
And too through belief in the truth, where to
He called you by the gospel, even you
To the obtaining of the glory, see
Of our Lord Jesus Christ eternally
Therefore, stand fast, and hold to the teachings
Which you have been taught, they the traditions
Whether you were taught in word or have read
What things that be, what our Lord did and said
No our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and too
God, even our Father, who loves anew
And who has given us everlasting
Consolation, food hope, grace in each thing
May He comfort your hearts, and establish
You in every good word and work and wish
So growing in Him, awaiting the day
Of His return, then ever with Him stay
