Know that poetry is life.
and life is a Marathon.
Blood, fret, and tears are common
but it’s what Poets thrive on.
Sitting to write, be prepared.
What comes next will be painful.
Perturbed, you will lose your hair.
Frustrated, and eyes rain full
if nothing else the experience
will be gainful.
