I took a seed
hoping to see him grow,
placed him into the soil
and watched the water overflow.
I gave him so much nurture
to heal the damage that had been done,
I promised to get him out the darkness
so, I turned him towards the sun.
Even though the challenge may seem difficult
from all the times you have been judged,
But I am right here with you
to watch you grow from the mud.
You may not know where you are growing,
but I do, I do
and you may not feel chosen,
but I choose you, always you.
