Sitting in the darkness, watching everyone live their lives through a slight sliver of the crack in the curtain. It\'s just a sliver so I don\'t see much but I do feel the sun slightly, and it feels so good.
My door is unlocked, and so is the window, and yet here I sit, in the darkness...
People knock but they don\'t come in because they know I\'ll never come out.
Familiar voices linger so close yet fade away and eventually turn into a memory and I\'m burdened because I could have spent more time, said more things, but I wasn\'t willing to leave.
As i scream and scold myself, I eventually whimper \"I just don\'t want to get in the way..\"
