You are kept by the power
Of God through every hour
Kept through faith unto salvation
Ready for each nation
In the day of the Lord
Christ shall return, His word
is sure, so we rejoice greatly

Though now at some seasons
You distressed, the reasons
Your manifold temptations, trials
Yet lasting for their whiles
You may no be heavy
In heart and mind, so be
But is so that your faith be tried
Shown real and not denied
Your faith more precious be
Than gold which fades out, see
Though your faith be tried as with fire
Naught can destroy or mar
So you faith may be found
To praise, honour, redound
With glory when Christ does return
Thus daily here we learn
Christ we have not seen, though
You love Him and Him know
Believing, you rejoice greatly
With joy unspeakably
It joy full of glory
Your faith\'s outcome shall be
Even the salvation of your
