it’s a lovely thing
to see the sights
you’d always dreamt of
the ones you nearly
missed out on
after being so close the end
something I imagine as a
cold, dark, lonely place
I can truly appreciate
the company around me
experiencing the same thing as me,
feeling the same joy as me
because in that moment
I feel whole
and to think I nearly
never felt that
