My demons trying to break free
Gush gurgle gush gurgle
The waterfall of anguish inside
Wish whoosh wish whoosh
The raging tornado within me
Inhale exhale inhale exhale
Attempting to take slow, deep breaths
Trying to stop the panic attack I know is coming
