Words inspire, uplift and heal,
The sword, it is said, is no match for the pen,
Warriors may die, but ideas transcend,
But even words can fall short, of course,
In matters of deep love or loss,
Should some things, be left unsaid,
Can our feelings we forget,
Or should we risk being hurt,
Than live forever with regret,
For dreams can be shattered through and through,
Hearts laid bare and broken,
Not only by harsh tongues, but silence too,
