I’ve seen both the films
Enjoyed them very much.
I’ve heard the songs,
The chanties they sing,
And enjoyed them very much.
But I was just not prepared,
Prepared to see the live show.
It totally blew me away.
There was laughter,
There were tears
As they performed on stage.
I haven’t seen such a good musical
For as long as I care to remember.
I would see it again,
And again.
Such a wonderful group singing,
Singing, playing and acting
On this stage in front of me,
A joy to my life,
That will always be with me.
