Let Deep Sleep Soon Peep
Never sacrifice your sleep dear man
As that is the best of all medication
Sleep will lubricate the whole body
Giving soul peace, bliss and mirth
Sleeplessness is not correct at all
As gradually it may erode our health
We may turn into saddest humans
Needing the help of sleeping pills
Never disregard sleeping cycle
As that is foundation for true joy
Sleep can introduce happiness
And massage our soul very kindly
When sleep comes not, keep not quiet
Think it not as an event that is ordinary
In case this trend continues sadly longer
Remedial measures must be implemented
A strong person will automatically sleep
After getting deprived of it for some time
That compensation will suffice to keep fit
Such souls are nicely gifted ones of course
Those persons who cannot resume normalcy
Must take steps to get that sacred medicine
Provided by the Lord free of cost to the souls
As sleep is indispensable for precious peace
If sleep is lost, a great remedy is taken not
This must be realized by all the human souls
As they are thinking animals having thoughts
They must never sacrifice it beyond the limit
Sleep is a rehearsal to leaving this Earth
Eternal silence is a great relief after living
God gives it as a trial to give us comfort
Utilize it and extract maximum pleasure
Sleep not less or more, but use moderation
Let not your body be lazy or severely worked
Perfection is possible through experience
Sleeping will heal all mental ailments really
Hear a song or chant God\'s name or exercise
Or think of a loss and regret and feel very sad
By worrying deeply over a lost love or friendship
We tire mind so self-pity gives a sound sleep
Negative attitude is a kind of bitter medicine
That must happen only when head rests
Upon the pillow and with closed eyes
And this type of approach induces sleep
This is like operation performed on wounds
And surely dreams will not perturb mind
Either holy technique or saddest method
Will flood our mind with sacred sleep truly
We must constantly think of the sadness
And that will ultimately tire our mind badly
And our injured soul will lure our mind
To take the final step of sleep to defend.
