Tune: Laudate Dominum
(\'O praise ye the Lord\')
Psalm 111
*******
Praise you the Lord, I will praise with my whole
Heart midst congregation, and Him extol
The works of the Lord are great, sought out by they
That have pleasure in them, in salvation\'s day
His work is honourable, glorious
His righteousness endures e\'er unto us
He has made His wonderful works that they be
Remembered, that all the nations may them see
The Lord is gracious, full of compassion
He feeds them that fear him, even each one
He will ever be mindful of covenant
Which He has made with us, He shall not relent
He has showed His people the power sage* (*wise)
Of His works that He may give heritage
To them, the works of His hands are verity* (*truth)
And judgement, and all His commands they sure be
They stand fast for ever and for ever
Done in truth, uprightness, they fail never
he has sent redemption unto His people
Has commanded His covenant for time all
Holy and reverend is His name, sing
The fear of the Lord is the beginning
Of wisdom, a good understanding have they
That keep His commands, His praise endures alway
