I personally don\'t believe in the word love
Love is a strong compassion of feeling of affection towards something or someone
in my days it\'s hard to find pure honest love
I\'ve never fallen in love
and I don\'t think I ever will
everyone I meet sees love as just a word
it has been used so often
so much so it has lost its value
I fell in love with you they say
why would you want to \"fall\"
in hopes that someone will catch you
will save you,
it makes no sense to me to love someone
maybe love is pure, honest and sweet
but the love I see now isn\'t
heck I don\'t even know if what I see
is even good enough to be called love
I would love to fall in love
but not in my generation
I come from a generation where the bare minimum is praised
a generation where love is just a word
a generation whereby a girl who has high standards
for love most times never finds it
and therefore, ends up settling for less
I wonder where we went wrong
In my days it\'s hard to find pure and honest love
one would have to swim deep
into the rivers of relationships and emotions
just to find a \"pure one \"
true love does exist,
and I truly hope I\'m swimming deep enough into the river of relationship and emotions
in search of that \"pure one \"
