What happens when leaders,
in the old generation,
start to pass their prime?
Does everything,
fall apart,
or do the younger step up,
and say, \'It\'s time\'?
Should they leave the weight,
on the older\'s shoulder,
or stand and be bold,
like a newly formed bolder?

... but the older,
was once young too.
Still, we said we\'ll take,
the job from you.
We stepped up,
and became leaders,
because the world,
would need us.
Now it\'s time for you,
to step up too.
