My duty as a poet
Always keeping it real
Thank you to the poets before me
But now
I have to surpass you
With all the knowledge given
But now
I have to sacrifice my moments
with all the experiences written
It’s a good thing I can multitask
I’ll become the greatest poet to exist
While still loving life and all it has to give
