Next time you find yourself outside on a cool, clear, moonless evening, take a moment to look up.
Consider the fact that you can only see about 2,000 stars.
Consider that is only about 3% of the known universe.
Consider also that there is an estimated 97% of the universe we cannot see from earth.
Now consider the relative insignificance of the orbiting sphere that we inhabit.
Our “world”. Our “earth”. Our “home”.
Lastly, consider that all living beings on our earth are trying to enjoy life to the fullest.
Given all of that, it would seem logical that everyone on earth would be willing to get past their preconceived notions and beliefs, their prejudices, their hates and dislikes, and to work to enjoy our limited time here . . . together.
Well, at least you would “think” that.
