Lately i\'ve been asked alot:
\"What is romance?\"
Most people say that, romance is doing something big and meaningful to those you care about.
In my head, romance is the way you look at eachother in complete awe, even when no words are being spoken.
Romance is that burning desire to tell that specific person all about your day. Because you know they will listen to every word and understand how you feel.
Romance is in those late night calls, when you are both fighting the urge to sleep, but both of you refuse to hang up.
Romance is in the air, when you have been crying the entire day, but as soon as you see them. That sadness you felt is instantly gone and replaced with laughter and genuine smiles.
So in conclusion, i don\'t think anyone has the answer to this question:
\"What is romance?\"
This is how i see it, as a hopeless romantic living in 2023.
