I neglect human pain, misfortune and despair
And brazenly throw it, without pity, in the trash.
There will be found excuses for my cruel affairs.
I suppress riots, rot the rebels, turn them to ash,
It happens, crush will expressions with my foot.
And how many people have I already trampled
& shut up all the indignant mouths for my good!
Death toll...hm... I don\'t care about such a thing.
Eventually, I swallowed five of my own offspring.
Call me a beastly cutthroat amid the other gods,
Chains of unfreedom were not invented in vain.
I punish mortals fleeing from shackles and rods,
Keeping the course to the nations\' dooming rein.
