Oh my, Medusa how beautiful you are
in antient times a maiden fair and pure
With golden locks that flowed
and eyes that shown like stars at nights command
But one day
Poseidon God of the sea came to your temple and couldn\'t not resist your beauty and charms and did decree to take you for his own
with a forceful kiss
A victim of the wrath of gods unknown
a tragic tale of beauty turned to stone
The day I met you Medusa was 15 years ago, and the last time I acquainted with you was of 2 years ago
A burden heavy on my heart and mind
A weight that lingers long and everywhere
It seeps into the soul and leaves behind scares that can not be erased
It shattered my trust and left me in pieces
How can someone who has the same blood as you do something so vile.
The memories haunt and cause such deep distress
oh Medusa how beautiful you are
but your presence is so piercing to the heart
Your skin became a shield of stone gray
your beauty turned to terror and gloom
all who gaze upon you turn to stone
But you plight, you found your voice
a strength and power you had not known
A weapon to defend your rejoice and legacy of courage to be shown
For in your curse you found a way to stand up tall and face your foes with grace
to leave behind
the story of your face
