Every morning I do it,
I shower and wash my hair,
Dry myself and comb my hair.
As I look in the mirror
To get my hair right
And get the parting straight
The thought comes to me,
I wonder how many times,
How many times I have done it
And got the same hairs
Each side of the parting
Over the twenty seven thousand,
Two hundred and six days
Since my birth.
