They yell it out the window and at first i\'m confused
I had my earbuds in and can\'t hear hardly anything
I read their lips and use their gestures as context

I smile and softly speak a thank you
The car was to far away for me to thank them at a volume they can hear me at
But I can\'t help it
It makes me happy and excited and I have to offer my thanks even if I know they will never hear it
I hear it often, almost daily
