I believe our heart is more than a pump.
When frightened it\'s our heart that makes us jump.
When our emotions begin to rise, where do they start?
Surely you know it\'s not our head, but in our heart.
When we find love, it\'s with our heart.
In sorrow, that\'s where the pain will start.
Could this be where our soul resides?
Is this where our spirit hides?
I often wonder, but don\'t know.
