We must all take care of it

At having what

Some people call an

Eco-friendly lifestyle -

One that is in harmony

With the environment; taking

Care of the planet we all call home,

Accepting our responsibility.

The future

Is up to us.

Will the generations

That follow

Applaud us

For our efforts

Or

Refer to us

With scorn and ridicule

Because of

The mess

We left them?

We can\'t change

The past,

But

We can impact

The future -

For everyone

Who lives

On this planet.
