Why is it we feel the need to pry?
Why can’t we say goodbye?
Why do we laugh while we smirk?
When our brains don’t even work.
If I shall look in a mirror,
I don’t see myself any clearer.
Why do we vow to acceptance?
When all we shall seek is vengeance.
We are all the same kind.
We all share thou same mind.
So today,
I shall pray.
Not just to find peace of mind,
But also to be kind.
Cause there shall never be peace.
But we can find release.
