Behold, a mystery, we shall not all
Sleep in death, but shall hear resurrection call
And we shall all be changed, in twinkling of eye

Where death, your sting? Where grave your victory?
Through our Lord Jesus Christ it defeated be
The trumpet shall sound, and the dead be raised
Incorruptible, we shall be changed, Christ praised
For this corruptible, it must sure put on

And this mortal must immortality
Put on, so when this corruptible, so be
Has put on incorruption, and this mortal

For then shall be brought to pass saying true
Death is swallowed up in victory, so do
