I lit my cigarette under the pale moon lit sky
I inhale the fire to my lungs as I sit with my thoughts
My hands and body shiver from the cold gust of wind
A noise can be heard a distance away
\"Is that you again?\" I ask
Nothing can be heard again but a tall man appears from within the fog of the night
\"Ah it is you.\" I exclaim as I take another hit of my smoke
\"Mmm did you think I was gone for good?\" The man asks me
I chuckled and shook my head, exhaling the smoke from my lungs
\"I knew it was too good to be true...a moment of peace in my life, that wont come easy.\"
I\'d put the cigarette back up to my lips and take yet another puff
\"Stressed are we love? You\'d think I\'d give you a break? Don\'t you know I have to return?\"
I\'d sigh and look up at the moon
\"You make this life hard you know?\"
He\'d nod his head in agreement before taking the cigarette from me and putting it to his lips
\"You know love, the toughest lives make for the strongest warriors.\"
I\'d completely ignore what he had said
\"That\'s my last cigarette\"
I\'d look up at him with somber eyes in which he\'d smirk at me before reaching out his hand for mine
\"Come now, I believe it is time to go.\"

\"Why must you torture me? See why must people dog me round? Why must everything be so cold and dark?\"
\"Must be that old evil spirit so deep in your ground.\" He\'d say to me in return

He\'d nod his head as he can hear what I was thinking.
\"You can\'t dance with the devil and ask why you\'re still in hell love.\"
