A life of happiness, a distant memory,
A heart shattered and, broken completely,
The warmth that once filled her soul,
Has vanished, leaving behind a gaping hole.
She walks with a cold and icy glare,
A defense mechanism, to protect and prepare,
Her heart that once loved so pure,
Now guarded, with walls that endure.
She\'s learned to live, in a world so cruel,
A master at hiding her pain and her fuel,
For the world has taken all she had,
And left her with nothing, but pain that\'s sad.
Yet, in the depths of her cold heart,
There\'s a glimmer of hope that sets her apart,
A tiny flame that still burns bright,
A will to live, and fight to survive.
So let her be, this cold-hearted girl,
For she\'s survived, in a heartless world,
And though she\'s lost, and felt the pain,
Her heart will thaw, and she\'ll stood up again.
