A silent call, a scream unheard
An echoing roar, from the devil\'s bird
A boy climbs, with not a single word
A fear in his eyes, his vision blurred
His mother calls, sick with worry
His father searches, his eyes leery
They look around, simply unaware
That their only son remains upstair
A whisper spreads, from a jagged reflection
Bringing the boy, and his curious attention
A candle burns, flickering in the cold
The summer chill, weakening even the bold
A blue hand reaches, ready to deliver
It shakes a little, as it touches the silver
The world turns dark, stretching forever
A white light appears, but only a sliver
