Revelation 4 v.1-11

John saw vision, behold, open door in heaven
Voice as if of trumpet sound spoken to him then
Saying, Come up hither, I will show you of things
Which must be hereafter, what future brings
John did behold a throne, in heaven it was set
And one sat on the throne, John did it not forget
Appearance like jasper* and sardius** stones seen
Round throne rainbow like to emerald green
Round throne twenty four seats, each with an elder
Clothed in white raiment, with their crowns of gold they were
From throne lightnings, thunderings, voices did proceed
All in realms above awesome sight did heed
And seven lamps of fire burning bright before
The throne, which are the seven spirits of God sure
Before the throne a sea of glass like to crystal
In midst of throne four beasts, they seeing-all
Beast like lion, beast like a calf small
Beast with face like a man, beast like flying eagle
They each had six wings and were full of eyes within
Ne\'er rest day, night, the song they did begin
Holy, holy, holy, their song ever be
To the Lord God Almighty who lives eternally
He which was, and is, and is to come, e\'erlasting
Beasts, elders, honour Him in everything
Falling down before Him, casting crowns before throne
Worshipping him that lives ever, He is God alone
Worthy to receive honour, glory, and power
You pleased with what you create every hour
