As philosophers expound
And wise men preach
Man-made laws by experiments drawn
Man does breach
What they teach
By relegating brain for the use of brawn
Aping the rage
Of the modern age
Man forgets his aim in life
By ways crude
He does denude
The world, of shame –
And causes strife
Let us vow
To reach the shore
Before the boat
Can capsize
Using our brain
To our own gain
Let us, for once
Be sane and wise.
