WISHES

Sometimes I wish we could just soar,

Leaving behind the chains that bind,

The weight of worry, the daily grind,

And find solace in the skies above.

Be free, like a bird in flight,

To dance upon the clouds, so light,

No earthly ties to hold us back,

To follow dreams along their track.

Sometimes I wish we could just dissolve,

Disappear into nature\'s mystic realm,

Where time stands still and hearts are free,

Embracing life\'s deepest, primordial sea.

To bathe in the rivers of serenity,

And let worries float away in streams of clarity,

Where the sun and moon would be our guide,

And peace forever by our side.

Sometimes I wish we could just wander,

Roam through forests of untamed desire,

Inhaling the scent of moss and wildflowers,

Where silence whispers ancient secrets of power.

To lose ourselves in the labyrinth of trees,

To find solace amidst nature\'s symphony,

Where echoes of our footsteps blend with the wind,

And a sense of belonging within us is ingrained.

Sometimes I wish we could just connect,

Not through screens and wires, but soul to soul,

To see beyond masks, beyond pretense,

And feel the warmth of empathy\'s gentle glow.

To understand the depths of another\'s pain,

To share laughter and tears, to dance in rain,

To celebrate the beauty in each other\'s existence,

And bask in love\'s unyielding persistence.

Sometimes I wish we could just be,

Embracing all that humanity entails,

Our flaws, our hopes, our profound grace,

Embracing the tapestry of life\'s vivid details.

To live courageously, arms open wide,

To let vulnerability be our guide,

To savor every moment, the bitter and sweet,

Until life\'s final heartbeat, its melody complete.

Sometimes I wish we could just... truly live,

In a world unburdened by fear and strife,

Where hearts are united, souls intertwine,

And poetry becomes the language of our life.
