Depression, what is depression?
it\'s a war between the mind and heart
depression doesn\'t define a person
we are no different from anyone else
we are more challenged
small tasks can seem heavy
We are not our depression
we are not weak
we sometimes can feel suicidal
someone wise told me that
\"you are not a wimp for not committing suicide,
you are brave enough to have those
feelings and not follow in action\"
don\'t give up. You over come this
just like you did before.
