Petrichor of Love

Roses, Tulips and Her....

I wandered forth beside the tranquil lake,

A tapestry of beauty there to find,

A countenance adorned with elegance,

A vision that ensnares the poet\'s mind.

Like roses that dance in breezy fields,

Her radiance outshines the morning sun,

A glimpse of heaven\'s own ethereal light,

In her presence, a new world begun.

Her eyes, twin orbs of tranquil lakeside calm,

Reflect the stars that grace the velvet night,

A dance of galaxies within their depths,

Igniting passions that take flight.

Her lips, a pair of blooming roses rare,

Soft petals that a secret fragrance share,

With every smile, a thousand verses bloom,

In the garden of my heart, beyond compare.

A brow that holds the wisdom of the ages,

Serene as moonlit waters on the shore,

And as the sun paints golden hues in morn,

Her hair cascades like silk, forevermore.

Oh, radiant vision, art thou real or dream?

A symphony of beauty, a wondrous scheme,

Each glance, a melody that softly plays,

A serenade that makes my soul agleam.

In her presence, time itself takes flight,

As if the world were painted in pure light,

And every heartbeat, every breath I take,

Is but an echo of her beauty\'s might.

And oft, when in a solitary mood,

Her grace and grandeur in my heart I keep,

The memory of her radiance shines bright,

A treasure in the moments when I weep.

Like tulips that flutter in the breeze,

She lifts my soul with joy that never cease,

A muse, a love, a radiant display,

In her, I find my heart\'s eternal peace.
