Being with him has set my mind and body free,
Free from the tension that builds everyday,
He has set me free in every way,
To him, I\'m more than just some object to use,
I\'m a woman to be cherished and loved,respected, not used and abused.
My husband has put a roof over my head and works hard day to day,
Until the heart attack, he took care of me in every way,
Now the tables have turned and I\'m taking care of him,
From the moment the sun rises to the time the sky goes dim,
He loves me, and proves it with his actions,
No empty words or selfish intentions,
I thank the Lord everyday for bringing us us together,
At the time we were both going through stormy weather,
Both betrayed by someone we loved,
But God had other plans for us from above,
He brought our broken heart together , now we\'re one,
