Suicide

It sneaks in as it\'s slipping your guard

It pulls you in then it\'ll rip you apart

Depression hits and we don\'t know why

The reason has no rhyme to why we cry

It\'s darkness and thunder

An attack from with under

Don\'t blame the one that\'s gone

No they were never alone

Make no mistake there\'s an enemy at play

He won\'t escape judgment and then he\'ll have to pay

A tragedy such a sad way to go

The ones left behind seem to hurt the most

Don\'t blame yourselves they never did

It was hope stolen from within

If peace was easy Jesus wouldn\'t had to die

Just know He holds the one who breaks and cries

Sometimes we lose in the flesh

Just so our soul can rest

Don\'t try to understand

It\'s beyond strength of man

Our exit here isn\'t the end

Jesus has never left a friend
