Bianca just finished her first full week taking care of nothing but Christmas orders. She filled Brody in on her decision and he has quite the surprise for her! Bianca heads home to clean up and get ready. Brody told her he would be there at five thirty. Brody arrives as promised and on time; he knocks on the door and Bianca steps outside. “Good evening!” “You’ll have to trust me a little more; can I get you to close your eyes?” “I have a surprise for you; I promise it’s something you’ll be excited for.” Bianca is hesitant at first but eventually complies. Brody makes sure his hands cover her eyes. As they head to the driveway she hears another voice. “Mr. Baker is that you?” She asks; well yes Ms.Bianca of course. Brody tells her to open her eyes and she can’t believe what she sees; “Brody you can’t be serious; is this for me!” Brody looks at her and says; “your car will eventually leave you stranded on the road; I just want you to be able to be safe so you can always make it home. The thing about this car is it’s an exact replica of her late grandpa’s. It’s like having a piece of him with her on the road and in her heart. Mr. Baker tells her he’s only driven it to town a few times. So on it it has very little miles. Bianca pulls Brody to the side as she thanks Mr. Baker. He takes off and tells her he’ll see her later. “Brody I don’t know what to say; don’t you think this is a bit much?” “Absolutely not” he says “we all need help at times” and their hands touch.
