Evelin Angel

OWL

Owl

(Bird came from no where)

It was fine evening

Setting for tea

All the doors were open

Children were playing

A deep silent prevailed

A breeze of dusks

Touched all our souls

I was about to close the doors

Instructing children to close

Just came near

Smelled something flew

Slowly I wondered

What is it what is it

Searching here and there

I found it

It’s a rare Owl

White as cotton

Came from the sky too low

Blinking in fear

Turning her neck up and down

Landed in cupboard

I came out of the room

Scared like hell

No one seen it so close

What to do

Thinking deeply what can be done

Mind strikes out

Making a sound to chase her

Stick and a box

Bang bang bang bang

I scared her

Finding way to escape

Opened the screen

Flapped her wings to it max

Landed in the Oven

Banged bang bang bang

Flapped her wings

Found the open way

Flew away swiftly

We enjoyed seeing her

Bid bye bye

Maybe it too enjoyed.
