a lark came in my garden sang a song to me
a lovely lullaby every note in key
it took my breath away as he began to croon
with his lovely song with such a lovely tune
i sat there and listened to his melody
it made me feel so happy made me feel so free
when is song was over in to the air he flew
high up in the air in the sky so blue
i wont forget his song he sang to me that day
or his lovely tune that took my breath away
in my mind for ever i will hear his tune
that took my heart away when he began to croon
