Ignorance Is Bliss

Kitten babes straddling around town

On wayward trees,

The lightning hits the bolt

And it is quite inspiring

Tender hearts never go away

Unless they are astray

Purple gardens light up the sun

My tender approach is my soul,

I kiss the ribbon upon your neck

Tender kisses float in the air

As tender brides roam

With their tender grooms

Passionate roses lie;

Shall we linger upon the timid grass?

Oh tell me ignorance...where shall I begin?

There are too many houses in the neighborhood

Yet I must choose one

To settle in for the day,

I must sleep on inspiring pillows

Without blankets of course

And I find the most passionate day

Bottled up in lightning

And I quench my thirst by weeping in the wind,

Such dramatic tears

Fall on the ground

Like rain...

For losing my soul is the most beautiful thing

ever;

Kitten babes straddle around town

On wayward grass,

The lawn mower has exploded

Tender mercies begin to ignore bliss

I write my words in song and utter praise

And what if my heart turns cold again?

Shall the lightning hit me,

And then I die?

Oh I\'d die of a wayward love

That is bittersweet,

Oh I\'d sigh of a wayward lover

That is hard to meet...

Oh kitten babes straddle in the wind

For my ignorance is bliss; I concur

A beautiful symphony

Has me singing free,

For what is love without a bone to protrude?

Oh my soul is blank

But I can still see

The revelry that is before me;

For ignorance is bliss, can\'t you see?

My lonely face is a bore.
