Passing

A tree falls swiftly with no one around but still the elements stood their ground the wind passing by and colors the sky who will be there when I die I hope so naively but refuse to look desperate I lived my life and yes I was tested the rains coming down and I’m wondering why Who will be there when I die I walk so happily with a smile on my face wondering how to feel embrace I can’t let go an and I’m wondering why who will be there when I die I don’t know much or where I will go if spirits will guide me or if I’ll fall a stuck soul if I came back would they praise or wish for my demise yet I wonder WHO WILL BE THERE WHEN I DIE a friends that fell enemy or a mother who once didn’t care a sister or brother who really weren’t there my minds growing weary and I wonder why but who will be there when I die will god greet me and people gather or say I was nothing or that I never mattered will my mistake out way my success on a beamed plater will they fight over my money or shame me for being poor will they be ashamed of my sexuality or say I was godless and wanted to live no more or dance on my grave bringing flowers  galore will I fight to stay or flight to pass by who will be there when I die I don’t know but this I will say I cherished and felt blessed each day from blessings and other who were good and stood by myself side to you I say I love you good by and when I reach out to who ever is there whether friend wether strangers I appreciate your care I will no longer worry I will let go in hope that I touched someone’s soul so wether transformed or evolved I just don’t know but this I say to the wondered lives fight the best fight you can to woman to men and to a child not alone wether you believe or your spirit roams it’s a question and we all wonder or want to know why who will be there when we die.
