The Desperate Mannequin

I am a doll, and I am unloved

I have been seen by the masses again

I offer my body to a fantasy

As a man\'s hands feel my wrath

Come on, let\'s party, let\'s have fun

Do you want me to be a radical change?

For the power of the plastic is here again

A rose that tastes like honey

Is an exception

Look into my doll like eyes

And tell me what you see;

For I am a witch in a plastic world

I am only perfection, can\'t you see?

Behold my legs as long as money

And tell me how they feel,

Do they feel like silk on top of your heart?

Do they feel like they can go on forever?

Can you feel my hands which are cold?

Do you see me through the window?

For I am cold upon your horizon

My body is yours, as long as it\'s plastic

Eat your heart out with a silver rose

And carry me out of the store

Save me from the masses

Before they eat me alive...

Dream a little dream with me

Through plastic conversation

And you can touch my body whenever you want

Call me your superhero

As roses glide to sexual demeanings

Your hands are perfect for my soul

For the plastic soul is vigilance

And so is my heart;

So tell me, old man, what do you feel?

For I am the woman inside the mannequin

Let my breasts be your guide,

For they are as plastic as I

And still as a lightning bolt

Flashing the lights as they roam

My cherry tree has grown.
