Tune: Laudate Dominum
(\'O praise ye the Lord\')
Psalms 145 - 150 parts
*********
Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised
His greatness unsearchable, hymns be raised
One generation shall praise His works unto
Another, and sing His mighty acts anew
Teh Lord is gracious, full of compassion
Slow to anger, great mercy to each one
The Lord is good to all, His tender mercies
Are over all His works, the captives He frees
Put not trust in man, in him no help be
He lives for a while, temporarily
But happy are they who the Lord God have for
Their help, He eternal, comes to our aid sure
Great is our Lord, and He be of great power
His understanding infinite each hour
He lifts up the meek, casts wicked to the ground
Sing to the Lord with thanks, let praises resound
Praise the Lord, earth, sea, sky, where\'er you be
Bring voices, instruments, join joyfully
Let all things that have breath unite in accord
To praise the Almighty and eternal Lord
