i took a little nap just the other day
as your getting older your body gets that way
i began to dream of how you used to be
looking back in time of the younger me.
in my younger days when i was just a kid
all the fun i had and different things i did
days i spent with friends all those years ago
going to the movies to watch a picture show.
now time is moving on the younger me has gone
but the memories i have they will carry on
there with me forever of how it used to be
