emptythoughts

I didn\'t write this poem

In the depths of my mind, I wander lost,

a soul adrift in a sea of thoughts.

Derealization grips me tight,

As I struggle with the anxiety each night.

Feeling like a mere spectator, lost in my mind.

I watch as life passes me by.

The world around me seems so unreal,

As if I\'m trapped in a dream, unable to feel.

I long to break free from this endless maze,

To truly live my life, to bask in the sun\'s rays.

But derealization holds me in its grasp,

Leaving me feeling like an outsider, an outcast.

Reality blurs, it fades away,

I\'m just a ghost in this lonesome play,

Watching from afar, detached and numb,

Yearning for a way to overcome.
