Is it me or the world’s as beautiful as Elliot
Or it ridicules me? Perhaps they’ve read Smollett
Nature is as idealistic as Shelley says
Might be cold as branches in the snow- it lays,
Like Marvell- nature keeps conducting satires
Gems like Wordsworth and Frost it inspires,
Nature is as wonderful as Keats describes
Like poetic medications Hughes prescribes.
