unlike any

apparitions

met, or seen

But rather
like

awful
visitation ..
Staring down
and just
waiting for
any
subtle signs
of hesitation ..
Wanting
to be
exorcised
then stealing
the contents
of so
very many
unsuspecting
lonely
souls and all
