As I wander in search around the ’net
I’m often beseeched to settle and let
My every need and interest be met
By an algorithm programmed to get
My views and wants corroborated; forget
This is a business model to beget
Increased traffic and has nothing to sweat
Or shake my current view. This I regret;
I need the freedom from a fixed mindset
To explore, discover facts that upset
My beliefs and values……. Am I a threat?
Possibly I’m just a marionette………
