Free will

If there really was no God, then free will could not exist

Just a walking chemical reaction, born by accident you insist.

Determinism, Inevitable, Fatalism, Unswervable.

But how can this be if we each have a purpose and a soul,

Allowing us to feel and make decisions that alter the unknown.

Free will is a blessing that is so often warped and abused,

But a day of judgement lies ahead from our creator you cannot refuse.

In the beginning his creation brought happiness, and in it he was well pleased,

But as humans began to rebel, this goodness was polluted in the enemy\'s disease.

Yes life is unfair, and so you clench up your fist,

and cry out if God was real, then why would he allow this?

But God is fair, do not get the two crossed,

Your anger is misplaced, at the world that we messed up.

Life can hurt but to blame God is an excuse,

We are the one\'s responsible for our free wills misuse.

But despite our pointed fingers, God understands our pain,

And knows we are tricked into the enemies game.

The one who lies and over promises yet always under delivers,

Who tells you sin brings happiness more than eternal life and forgiveness.

To use that free will, make bad choices and blame God when the happiness withers,

As you stroll from that path, into the maze of long grass where he slivers.
