Sometimes i think as if it is that
I have been stranded on mars.
Watch as others go through
boring cycles of the same old things
They speak to me as if
I were fragile or as if
I have no life left to live.
People of earth, i don\'t hold any fear
For my survival, the truth is essential
And i shall sow the crops of my knowledge
Right on the martian soil. Hardy potatoes galore.
You may find it strange. see it as simple.
But every little bit of what i do is for
A clear purpose, i have no daylight to waste but
Much as i spend that time i sometimes waste
Dance disco late nights, binge old shows,
Break all rules, Explore outdoors.
Mother and father, no, the world watches with a mix of feelings,
Through the satellite footage - the rocky martian terrain
She prays, dances, creates, in a crazed content limbo,
Mumbles nonsense to herself without a care,
Innovative mind but no communication
Shes stuck on a rock miles away,
So let them all speculate.
