48. Majestic Love
I saw love crying at a river\'s bank,
so I neared and asked the matter.
In a drawl, she narrated her frank,
all her problems, former and latter.
I looked at her ignorant tears,
and full-of-craze, lustful eyes,
does she not know that this river
flows on from her victims\' eyes.
\'Majestic Love, many have eaten your meat,
perhaps now, just you take a seat\"
Forget yourself, accept it in brief,
I\'ll roast a cow, and I\'ll let you eat.
49.
Death knocked on my door,
I shunned it aside.
It inched closer and more,
I was not ready to die.
I, so, fled to dear Love,
I embraced it with all my might-
I followed with pleads of mercy
and to my cries, Love smiled.
I laughed; glorifying how I was fine,
yet up to me, Death walked up behind.
shocked, I looked at Love who said in line
\'Love is embracing both Death and Life\'
