A Dream

Poem : \" A Dream \"

In the open sky, I dream,

In the afternoon sun\'s gleam,

Under the shade of the willow, drove again the thought,

A world United, not prejudice caught....

I suspect why weren\'t views and deeds supposed to be as free...

As free as a bird flying in the sky,

As free as a butterfly in the garden nearby.

We have to break the chains of despise and hate,

Then only can prosper a world free from oppression\'s weight.

I just seek for a world where truth thrives,

Where isn\'t fallacy at the back of people\'s mind.

A world where such differences doesn\'t mind,

But unity and compassion are what we find.

I await for a world bias free,

A world undivided, I long to see.

Could there be a glimmer of light in the darkness of the moon-less night ?

A ray of hope in the unlit sky....

Though distant it seems, we would tirelessly strive,

For the day when injustice will cease to thrive.
